लॉन्च होने से पहले Samsung Galaxy F62 के स्पेसिफिकेशंस लीक हो चुके हैं, जिसके मुताबिक इस फोन में 6.7 इंच की सुपर OMLED डिस्प्ले दी जा सकती है. फोन 6GB रैम और 128GB स्टोरेज वेरिएंट के साथ लॉन्च किया जा सकता है. ये फोन एंड्राइड 11 ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम पर काम करेगा. परफॉर्मेंस के लिए इसमें 7 नैनोमीटर प्रोसेस टेक्नोलॉजी से लैस Exynos 9825 प्रोसेसर का यूज किया गया है. सैमसंग के इस फोन में ग्रीन और ब्लू दो कलर ऑप्शन दिए गए हैं.

अगर फोटोग्राफी की बात करें तो Samsung Galaxy F62 में क्वाड रियर कैमरा सेटअप दिया गया है. फोन में सेल्फी के लिए फ्रंट पैनल पर पंच-होल कट-आउट डिजाइन दिया गया है. पावर के लिए इसमें 7000mAh की बड़ी और दमदार बैटरी दी गई है.
